Terms of Use

These terms apply to Lorewisp for Android, an interactive fiction and character application operated by Guangzhou Duomiduo Food Co., Ltd. Use of Google Play and identity-provider services is also governed by their respective terms.

Eligibility and fiction

Lorewisp is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Stories, characters and generated responses are fiction. They may contain mistakes and are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for what you submit and how you use a response.

Accounts and content

You can start as a guest and optionally link a supported sign-in provider. Protect your access credentials and do not access another person's account. Submit only content you have the right to use, and do not use Lorewisp for unlawful activity, abuse, exploitation, infringement or prohibited real-world instructions. Public content and comments may be moderated or removed. Private progress belongs to the account; losing access to an unlinked guest account can prevent recovery.

Credits and Google Play purchases

Credit packs and the monthly subscription are optional. Google Play shows the actual price, currency and billing period before payment. One-time purchases deliver the displayed base credits once; the monthly subscription delivers its displayed base credits for each verified paid period. Purchased credits do not expire under the current credit policy. Promotional rewards may expire as shown in the wallet. Credits have no cash-redemption value and are used within Lorewisp.

The monthly subscription automatically renews unless canceled in Google Play. Manage renewal through Google Play subscription settings. Refund requests and eligibility are handled under Google Play's applicable policies and law. A refund can revoke unspent credits from the refunded order. Closing the store or checking purchases does not create a new order. Account deletion removes remaining account credits and does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Service operation

The app displays available products and the current credit cost before a chargeable action. A successful delivery is charged once under its accepted quote; technical retries and failed delivery do not add duplicate charges. Feature availability and future prices can change. We may restrict abuse, comply with law or maintain the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
